Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve it.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@swanbotanica.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Our returns policy operates alongside the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

To request a return, please email admin@swanbotanica.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions for sending the item back.
